Unser Klient ist die Herstellungsniederlassung (Niederösterreich / östliches Wiener Einzugsgebiet) eines eigentümergeführten, pharmazeutischen Unternehmens, das weltweit verschreibungspflichtige Originalpräparate anbietet, weiterentwickelt und über strategische Zukäufe stetig wächst. Mit dem Ziel, die langfristige Verfügbarkeit seiner Produkte sicherzustellen, diese zum Wohle von heutigen und zukünftigen Patient*innen weiterzuentwickeln und weltweit zu liefern, wird der Biotech-Produktionsstandort aktuell dynamisch ausgebaut.

Site Quality Head (w/m/x)

Biotechunternehmen, östliches Wiener Einzugsgebiet / Niederösterreich

IHRE KÜNFTIGE ROLLE
  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Quality am Unternehmensstandort
  • Personelle Führung des Bereichs QM: Leitung sowie Weiterentwicklung des hochmotivierten Teams
  • Aufrechterhaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des pharmazeutischen Qualitätssicherungssystems, u.a.:
    • Abweichungs- und Änderungskontrollsystem
    • Dokumentationssystem
    • Schulungssystem
    • Lieferantenqualifizierung
    • Management Reviews
    • Koordination von betriebsübergreifenden GMP-Compliance Projekten
    • Organisation von Selbstinspektionen, Kundenaudits und Inspektionen


  • Laufende Zusammenarbeit mit den GMP-relevanten Unternehmensbereichen, um die effiziente Etablierung des Qualitätssicherungssystems nachhaltig sicherzustellen
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch sowie enge Kooperation mit dem Wiener Headquarter im Bereich Quality/Regulatory


IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige fachspezifische Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition innerhalb der pharmazeutischen Qualitätssicherung eines herstellenden Betriebes/GMP-Umfeld
  • Solide Kenntnisse der aktuellen regulatorischen (GMP)-Anforderungen – sowohl in den europäischen als auch in den US-amerikanischen Regularien
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick – sicher in der Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern – nach innen & außen
  • Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, hohe Lösungsorientierung & Durchsetzungskraft
  • Ausgeprägte Flexibilität und Agilität: Bereitschaft, neue Herausforderungen und Aufgaben anzunehmen, Entscheidungen zu treffen und Veränderungen umzusetzen
  • Resilienz: Fähigkeit, sich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld sicher zu bewegen
