Operation Manager for Rolls

Pulp&Paper (P&P) Service is seeking a Global P&P Service Operations Manager for ROLLS to bolster P&P Service growth. This role will report to the Global PFR Operations Manager and respective division managers.

The job location is at one of the ANDRITZ office sites.

  • Your main responsibilities in this role:
    • Shared financial result responsibility with divisions and regions
    • Operational strategy
    • Investment process for "Manufacturing" and "Others"
    • Location development
    • Communication with Group Functions GMM, GSC, GQS
    • Fulfillment of all ESG targets influenced by the operations locations

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience & expertise:

  • Solid background in operations management – experience in service or rolls business would be advantageous
  • Experience in leading global processes/projects and change management
  • Experience in working with intercultural teams
  • Proficient in written and spoken English – knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into concrete plans and actions – and ensure implementation
  • Result-focused attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization

Leadership, influencing, and change management skills

Willingness to travel internationally (~33%)
