(Junior) Development Coordinator (w/m/d) - Assistant to Head of Retail

Das erwartet dich:

  • Eine enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Bereichsleiter Head of Retail steht im Vordergrund
  • Unterstützung des Head of Retails durch die Übernahme von kleinen Projekten in der Projektleitung
  • Du hast den Gesamtüberblick über das Budget und verantwortest Budgetplanung und -controlling für den Bereich Retail in Abstimmung mit dem Performance Management AT
  • Die Bearbeitung von Rechnungs- und Freigabeworkflows sowie die Durchführung einer kontinuierlichen Rechnungskontrolle.
  • Die Aufbereitung von Informationen für die Steuerung des Retail Teams mit entsprechender Kommunikation und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Unterlagen, z.B. beim Reporting
  • Außerdem unterstützt du im operativen Tagesgeschäft (z.B. Planung, Koordination und Organisation von Terminen, Reisen und Events).

Es erwartet dich ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem du dich schnell entwickeln kannst, konsequent gefördert wirst und Verantwortung übertragen bekommst. Gemeinsam im Team mit dem Head of Retail sowie Abteilungsleiter:innen herrscht eine konstruktive und lösungsorientiere Zusammenarbeit, wo Teamarbeit stets im Vordergrund steht.

Wir erwarten uns:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) idealweise mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
  • 1- 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement (Planung und Steuerung)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexible, teamorientierte, kommunikative und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude am Arbeiten im Team
