Your tasks:

  • Coordinating, drafting, and managing submission documents for legal directories and awards (Chambers & Partners, JUVE, Legal 500, etc.) both in German and English
  • Upkeep of the experience database, including keeping it up to date, drafting deal descriptions and liaising with Legal team locally and internationally in this regard
  • Maintaining and updating the firm's profile in international rankings and publishing houses on an ongoing basis
  • Liaising with the Legal, Business Development, Marketing, and Public Relations teams locally and internationally on joint initiatives and projects
  • Support with pitches, research and client briefings preparation

What are we looking for:

  • A completed business degree
  • More than 2 years' experience in the research, publishing, business development or legal sector
  • Excellent English and German oral and written skills
  • Analytical, structured, solutionoriented, proactive team player
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office)
  • Project Management skills and confident persistence
Gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2,800 for a full-time 40 hours basis (min. of 32 hours requested) with willingness of overpayment depending on your qualifications and relevant experience.
