Head of Software Development (w/m/x)

IHRE KÜNFTIGE ROLLE
- Sie führen mehrere Entwicklerteams mit Fokus auf der Weiterentwicklung bestehender sowie der Entwicklung neuer Produkte.
- In Ihrer Leitungsfunktion sind Sie Schnittstelle zu anderen Fachbereichen und übernehmen das Programm-Management in Ihrem Bereich.
- Sie priorisieren die Entwicklungsroadmap entsprechend der Businesspläne und der Kundenanforderungen.
- Sie treiben Projekte voran und kümmern sich um die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams.
- Die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation und von Prozessen ist Ihnen ein Anliegen und Sie unterstützen bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten.
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Abgeschlossene IT-technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Universität)
- Mind Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Software-Entwicklungsteams im Bereich Hardware-naher Anwendungen
- Fundierter beruflicher Hintergrund in der Software-Entwicklung/Software Design und/oder Architektur (Fokus C/C++)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich sicherheitskritischer Anwendungen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gewinnende Persönlichkeit, ausgezeichnete soziale Kompetenzen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen (im Team, mit Peers als auch auf Kunden- & Top-Management-Level)
- Sehr gute Erfahrung im Projekt-/Programm-Management und in der Organisation von Abläufen
