Als IT & Software Development Lead (m/w/d) spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Wachstum und Erfolg. Du führst das Software Development & IT Team sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch und berichtest an die Geschäftsführung.

DEINE AUFGABEN:
  • Teamführung: Führung des 13-köpfigen Developer Teams
  • Verantwortung für technische Aspekte: Gesamtverantwortung für die technische Verfügbarkeit & Compliance unserer technischen Plattform (sowie internen IT)
  • Entwicklung der Organisation: Aufbau, Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung einer effektiven und effizienten Development Organisation mit besonderen Aspekt der weiteren Skalierung
  • Verbesserungsinitiativen: Erkennen von Verbesserungspotentialen entlang des gesamten Software Development Prozesses sowie eigenverantwortliche Konzeption von Lösungen in Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Personen
  • Business Verständnis: Proaktive Mitgestaltung bei der weiteren Skalierung des Unternehmens und insbesondere aller technischen Aspekte davon
  • Kostenüberwachung: Aktives Monitoring und Reporting aller IT relevanten Kosten
  • Wissensmanagement: Wissensaufbau und -management innerhalb der Teams
WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Software Development Führungsposition in einem agilen Umfeld (Scrum)
  • Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem oder wirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
  • Sehr gutes Stakeholder Management (Management, Produktentwicklung,...)
  • Kommunikative, empathische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein und starker Erfolgsorientierung
  • Hohe Proaktivität und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
