Field IT Technician

Key Responsibilities
Deliver prompt and effective onsite technical assistance to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network challenges. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and networks. Diagnose and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption for clients. Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining professionalism and building strong client relationships. Keep detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system. Conduct routine maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance. Offer training and guidance to clients on hardware and software usage. Collaborate closely with the remote support team and other IT personnel to resolve complex issues and implement effective solutions.Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in an IT support role, ideally in a field service environment. Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS, networking protocols, and common software applications. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills for non-technical users. Physical capability to lift and carry computer equipment and perform tasks requiring physical exertion. Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Candidate must provide a Criminal Record declaration no older than 3 months.Benefits
