Das erwartet Dich:

In dieser Position bist Du Leiter*in unseres Marsh Mercer Benefits (MMB) Teams und unterstützt dieses in einer leitenden Funktion beim Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie bei der Akquisition neuer Kunden für die Produkte unseres Bereichs. Die zu Marsh McLennan gehörigen Unternehmen Marsh und Mercer haben mit dem Marsh Mercer Benefits Netzwerk eines der größten Beratungs- und Versicherungsmaklerunternehmen der Welt geschaffen.

Über das Netzwerk haben Kunden Zugang zu einem erfahrenen Team von Makler*innen und Berater*innen, die sich die Zeit nehmen, das Geschäft ihrer Kunden zu verstehen, auf Anfragen zu reagieren und Informationen bereitzustellen, um die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen, sei es auf lokaler, regionaler oder globaler Ebene.

Das macht die Position aus:

  • Leitung unseres Marsh Mercer Benefits (MMB) Teams, mit der Verantwortung, bestehende Kundenbeziehungen zu vertiefen und gleichzeitig neue Kunden für die Produkte unseres Bereichs zu gewinnen.
  • Übernahme der strategischen Verantwortung sowie Führungs- und Entwicklungsarbeit
  • Eigenverantwortliche Beratung von internationalen Kunden bei der Entwicklung und
    Umsetzung von globalen Benefit-Strategien mit speziellem Fokus auf Insured benefit
  • Förderung einer ganzheitlichen Strategie mit Fokus auf die Wertangebote im Bereich Beratungs- und Versicherungsleistungen
  • Analyse von Ergebnissen und Verwaltung von Projekten
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden sowie Teil des Verhandlungs- und Betreuungsteams für die strategische Bearbeitung von spezifischen Kundenanfragen

Das macht Dich aus:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion mit nachweißlich guter Erfolgsbilanz in der Entwicklung von Unternehmensgeschäften (Employee Benefits, Vertrieb, Unternehmensversicherung oder Go to Market-Strategie)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung vorzugsweise bei einem Beratungs- bzw. Versicherungsunternehmen (idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen)
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie eine außerordentliche Kundenorientierung und analytische sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten mit
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Wachstumsorientierung und der Fähigkeit zur Teamführung, um Dein Team voranzubringen und dabei eine proaktive Rolle im Unternehmenswachstum einzunehmen.
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich € 3.360,- brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
