Wie Du Dich bei uns einbringst * Du weißt, wie Marken am B2B Markt kommuniziert werden und das über alle relevanten Kanäle hinweg: Unsere globalen und lokalen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sind bei Dir also bestens aufgehoben - von der Planung über die Koordination bis hin zur Durchführung plus abschließender Kontrolle. * Dein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf der Ausgestaltung unserer Promotion (Kommunikationspolitik). Dazu nützt Du den kompletten Marketing-Mix und steuerst die geeigneten Kommunikationsmittel und -kanäle ebenso eigenständig wie souverän durch alle relevanten Kommunikationskanäle. (Omnichannel Ansatz) * Als zentrale Schnittstelle für unsere internen Ansprechpartner (Digital, PR, Messe etc.) arbeitest Du außerdem eng mit unserem Brand Management sowie dem lokalen Marketing zusammen. * Du wählst externe und interne Dienstleister wie Werbeagenturen, Fotostudios oder Druckereien aus, auch briefst und betreust Du diese fachkundig und entwickelst kommunikative Tools, Bildwelten, Tonalitäten sowie werbliche Texte. * Die Beobachtung von Markt und Wettbewerb gehört für Dich genauso selbstverständlich dazu wie ein regelmäßiges Monitoring inklusive Reporting aller relevanten KPIs. Zudem unterstützt Du uns bei der jährlichen Marketing-, Kommunikations- und Budgetplanung. * Nicht zuletzt ist Deine Expertise auch im Bereich Corporate Communication gefragt, wo Du dich im Bedarfsfall ebenfalls gerne einbringst. Was Du mitbringst * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Medien- / Kommunikationswissenschaft oder Marketing * Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, idealerweise in einer Werbeagentur * Know-how in Omnichannel-Marketing * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Adobe CS, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Druckverfahren und Fotografie sind ein Plus * Sehr gutes Englisch Warum Du Dich für L&R entscheidest * Flexible Arbeitszeit durch Gleitzeit und Home-Office Möglichkeit * Hauseigene Mitarbeiter:innenkantine mit Essenszuschuss * Parkmöglichkeiten am Firmengelände * Maßnahmen der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung (z.B. myClubs, Firmenradl) * Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten intern (L&R Academy), als auch extern * Mitarbeiter:innenevents und gratis Kinderbetreuung im Sommer Wir möchten Dich kennenlernen Für diese Teilzeitposition bieten wir Dir ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 1.645,- an.
