Medical Manager Oncology (m/f/d)
  • Strategische Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Core Medical Plans (CMP) mit Fokus auf die Markenstrategie
  • Durchführung medizinischer Aktivitäten, z. B. Advisory Board Meetings, Symposien, medizinische Erkenntnisgewinnung und interne Schulungen
  • Unterstützung aller Medical Affairs-Aktivitäten und bereichsübergreifender Initiativen der Alpine-Niederlassung
  • Matrix-Leadership durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (z. B. Brand Team), um lokale Anforderungen zu erfüllen, das medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Verständnis von unseren Produkten über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg zu fördern und Geschäftsziele zu erreichen
  • Intern Cross-functional Activit
  • Brand Team Activities incl. Cycle & Sale Force Meetings
  • Material Freigabe, Support bei medizinischen Anfragen für Außendienst und Ärzte
    • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
    • Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise im Bereich Medical Affairs
    • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
    • Gutes Verständnis der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen der Branche sowie des österreichischen Gesundheitssystems (bevorzugt)
    • Fähigkeit zur proaktiven, strategischen Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen und zur bereichsübergreifenden Teamarbeit
    • Nachgewiesene Kompetenz in der eigenständigen Steuerung komplexer Projekte, z. B. Advisory Boards, Publikationen und Schulungsprogramme, unter Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben
    • Grundkenntnisse des Arzneimittelentwicklungs- und Kommerzialisierungsprozesses mit der Fähigkeit, in einer großen Unternehmensstruktur zu agieren
    • Reisebereitschaft (national & international) von bis zu 30 %, einschließlich Übernachtungen
    • Gutes Verständnis der Dynamik eines großen Unternehmens sowie Erfahrung mit Matrix-Reporting-Strukturen
      • ein Mindestgehalt von € 4.500 brutto (Basis VZ, KV Chemische Industrie), die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben
