Ihr Einflussbereich - Das erwartet Sie:
  • Sie leiten das Supply Chain Operations-Team und sorgen für eine zuverlässige weltweite Produktverfügbarkeit
  • Sie stellen eine nachhaltige Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung des internen ERP-Systems sicher
  • Sie steuern die Produktionsabläufe und gewährleisten termingerechte sowie vollständige Lieferungen
  • Sie finden Lösungen für operative Engpässe und koordinieren sich mit internationalen Stakeholdern
  • Sie entwickeln Prozesse strategisch weiter, treiben die Standardisierung und Digitalisierung voran
  • Sie verbessern Abläufe in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lagern
Ihr Erfolgsrezept - Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management in einem Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der Pharmaindustrie
  • Profunde Expertise in einer leitenden Position mit starken Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenzen
  • Know-how in der Prozessoptimierung, in der Datenanalyse sowie im Sales & Operations Planning
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Implementierung dieser
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus
