As Director of International Logistics at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH, you will have the opportunity to lead a global team and drive process optimization and digitalization in the pharmaceutical industry. AOP Health requires an experienced Supply Chain professional to take charge of their Supply Chain Operations team and implement and develop internal ERP systems.

About Your Role

You will be responsible for leading the Supply Chain Operations team, ensuring reliable global product availability, managing production processes, and coordinating with international stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to implement and develop internal ERP systems, drive process optimization and digitalization, and improve workflows in collaboration with external warehouses.

To succeed in this role, you will require expertise in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of process optimization, data analysis, and Sales & Operations Planning. Proficiency in ERP systems and experience in their implementation are also essential requirements.

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management within a production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
  • In-depth expertise in a leadership position with strong communication and interpersonal skills
