About the Role

Ihre Aufgaben sind unter anderem:

  • Unterstützung der Herstellungsleitung von pharmazeutischen Produkten
  • Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Betriebsablaufs in den Produktionslinien
  • Durchführung von Changemanagementprozessen
  • Durchführung von Abweichungsuntersuchungen
  • Koordination und Einführung von Prozessänderungen/-verbesserungen
  • Implementierung von korrektiven und präventiven Maßnahmen sowie Nachverfolgung ihrer Effektivität
  • Unterstützung bei Behördeninspektionen und der Beantwortung von Behördenanfragen
  • Erstellung, Approbierung und Verteilung von produktionsrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Kundenbetreuung
  • Übergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie bspw. Produktion und Quality
  • Kommunikation und Koordination mit internen und externen Schnittstellen



Was Sie für die Position mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie, technische Chemie) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. HTL, Meister) mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie wünschenswert
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP,etc)
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Weitere Kompetenzen: kommunikativ, Teamplayer, qualitätsbewusst und eingenverantwortliche Arbeitsmentalität



Zusatzqualifikationen

  • Compliance Thinking
  • Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld ist von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung
  • Erfahrung in Koordination und Abstimmung von internen und externen Stakeholdern

Die Position ist auf 2 Jahre befristet.
