Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Head of Retail Operations (f/m/d) für die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Shops in Wien.

Aufgaben
  • Operative Leitung und strategische Steuerung mehrerer Shops am Standort Wien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufsteam und regelmäßige Präsenz auf der Verkaufsfläche
  • Coaching und Entwicklung des Verkaufsführungsteams, gezielte Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden, Förderung einer positiven Teamkultur
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Personalbedarfsplanung für eine effiziente Balance zwischen Servicequalität und Kosten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung des Kundenservice und regelmäßige Analyse von Kundenfeedback
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von standardisierten Betriebsabläufen
  • Kennzahlenanalyse, Kostenkontrolle, Minimierung von Bestandsverlusten sowie Sicherstellung von Sicherheit und Diebstahlprävention
  • Erstellung von Berichten zu Geschäftsentwicklung, Lagerbestand und Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Konfliktmanagement
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Warenpräsentation, Servicequalität und Verkaufsstrategien

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Premium-Segment oder einer verwandten Branche (z. B. Hotellerie, Hospitality, Fashion, etc.)
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams, bevorzugt mit Verantwortung für mehrere Standorte
  • Operatives Handeln und strategisches Denken
  • Klarheit in der Kommunikation sowie ein hohes Maß an Empathie
  • Leidenschaft für den Handel und ein starkes Gespür für exzellenten Kundenservice
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
