Wir bieten Technical Product Expert (m/w/d) Linux - SQL Elektrotechnik - Mechatronik - Automatisierungstechnik - Industrieelektronik Unser Mandant ist ein internationales Unternehmen, das vor über 50 Jahren in Skandinavien gegründet wurde und heute ein T op Player im Bereich "Automation im Lebensmittelhandel" ist. Let's work together for the planet: im Zuge der fortführenden Expansionsstrategie bietet sich ab sofort südlich von Wien die Vollzeit-Stelle: Deine Aufgaben:
  • Programmierung von Automaten sowie Anbindung an diverse verbundene Systeme
  • Umsetzung von Kundenwünschen im digitalen Software-Backend (Linux, MySQL)
  • 2nd Level Hotline Support sowie Unterstützung im 1st Level Hotline Support mit direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Optimierung von Connect-Produkten durch Beobachtung der lokalen Nutzung des Systems sowie Veranlassung notwendiger Verbesserungen
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativen technischen Dokumentation
  • Kommunikation aller relevanten Maßnahmen und Learnings an das Servicetechnik-Team
  • Entwicklung der präventiven Datenanalyse in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Produktexperten
  • Schulung von Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen
  • Beteiligung an nationalen und internationalen Projekten
  • Gelegentliche kurze Reisetätigkeiten im eher geringem Ausmaß
Dein Profil:
  • Bevorzugt abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) oder HTL Matura ergänzt mit Weiterbildungen sowie reichlich Praxis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Jobs oder in der Inbetriebnahme von Geräten
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerktechnik, Steuerungssoftware oder Regeltechnik
  • Know-how hinsichtlich Projektmanagement (Themen proaktiv erkennen und vorantreiben können)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MySQL, Linux und MS Office (insbesondere Excel) sowie Datenbanken
  • Sehr gute Deustch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten (Verständnis komplexer Sachverhalte und Aufbereitung von Daten und Kennzahlen)
  • Lösungsorientierte Denk- und Handlungsweise
  • Freundlicher und sicherer Kommunikationsstil (konstruktives Konfliktverhalten)
  • Motivation zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit (wertschätzende und kollegiale Grundhaltung)
