ACCOUNT MANAGER MID MARKET (M/W/D) – VOLLZEIT
ORT: WIEN

  • Kompetente Beratung und proaktive Betreuung eines bestehenden Kundenportfolios (österreichische Top Firmenkunden) inkl. Cross- und Upselling
  • Fortlaufende Analyse und Ausweitungen von bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen
  • Selbständige Definition von Betreuungs- und Verhandlungsstrategien in Abstimmung mit dem Management
  • Kundenbesuche und Vertragsverhandlungen auf Top Management-Ebene
  • Monitoring diverser Kennzahlen
  • Leidenschaft fürs Beschwerdemanagement und Einwandbehandlung
  • Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen nationaler und teils internationaler Accounts
    • Eine abgeschlossene akademische Ausbildung (kfm./juristischer Bereich)
    • Idealerweise Branchenerfahrung im Versicherungswesen, Risikomanagement,
    • Credit Management, Bilanzanalyse oder dem Bankenbereich mit internationalen Großkunden
    • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Hands-On-Mentalität
    • Ausgeprägte Ergebnis- und Kundenorientierung
