Wir suchen nach einer engagierten und kommunikativen Persönlichkeit, die mit einem starken Team am Unternehmenserfolg mitgestalten will. Stellenbeschreibung Du brennst für Einkaufsthemen bei Gebrauchtschalung und Gerüsten, verstehst Einkauf als perfekte Ergänzung zum Vertrieb, erweiterst gerne dein Wissen über die unterschiedlichen Märkte, hast Freude am Netzwerken und dem direkten Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten? Dann bist Du bei Form-on genau richtig Zusätzlich fallen noch folgende Tätigkeiten in deinen Aufgabenbereich: * Proaktives Sourcing von Gebrauchtschalung und Gerüsten aller namhafter Hersteller am freien Markt * Besichtigung, Bewertung und Verhandlung von potenziellen Einkaufsvolumina * Sicherstellung des passendes Ist-Lagerbestandes auf Basis des Soll-Lagerbestandes * Erhebung von Marktpotentialen, Aufgreifen möglicher neuer Produkte für den Markt sowie proaktive persönliche Präsenz in den betreuten Märkten * Netzwerkaufbau und -pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Stammlieferanten bzw. Suche nach weiteren Lieferanten sowie Vermittlungspartnern * Führung und Weiterentwicklung des aktuell dreiköpfigen Teams * Laufende Marktanalysen & Abstimmung mit dem Sales-Team * Laufende Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse * Bearbeitung, Verhandlung und Abschluss von Lieferantenanfragen und Reklamationen Qualifikationen * Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und bringst Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder Vertrieb im Bereich der Schalung mit * Neben Deutsch sprichst du auch fließend Englisch, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil * Du bist gerne unterwegs (bis zu 50% Reisetätigkeit) und bringst eine flexible und spontane Herangehensweise mit * Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der MS Office Suite, sowie Interesse für zusätzliche IT-Systeme * Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer * Führerschein Klasse B Zusätzliche Informationen Was wir bieten: * Innovatives Arbeitsumfeld: Arbeite in einem international tätigen Unternehmen, das Innovation und Kreativität fördert * Karrierechancen: Nutze unsere attraktiven Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und Karrierechancen * Flexibilität: Profitiere von flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und der Möglichkeit zu Homeoffice * Teamgeist: Werde Teil eines motivierten und unterstützenden Teams, das gemeinsam Großes erreicht Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben.
