Das Brutto-Monatsgehalt (Vollzeit) beträgt 3.750,- Euro, ist aber abhängig von deiner Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation. Was du bei uns tun wirst: * Du bist die treibende Kraft hinter der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft und Unternehmensprozesse. * Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen analysierst du Anforderungen und entwickelst smarte Lösungen, die unsere Workflows effizienter machen. * Du koordinierst und steuerst eigenverantwortlich IT-Projekte - von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung. * Du bist im engen Austausch mit externen IT-Partnern und internen Teams, um Change- Prozesse erfolgreich zu begleiten. * Bevor neue IT-Projekte live gehen, prüfst du sie auf Herz und Nieren und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Rollout. * Damit das Team jederzeit bestens informiert ist, pflegst du die interne Wissensdatenbank und kümmerst dich um die Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems. * Du behältst den Überblick über unsere IT-Infrastruktur und koordinierst externe Dienstleister für Server- und Desktopsupport. * IT-Hardware-Management liegt in Deiner Hand - von der Beschaffung bis zur Verwaltung. Was wir uns von dir erwarten: * Eine genaue, proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Herausforderungen service- und lösungsorientiert zu meistern. * Organisationstalent mit Sinn für Effizienz und Eigenverantwortung. * Strukturierter Arbeitsstil - auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten und Deadlines.Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge sowie prozessorientiertes Denken. * Begeisterung für neue digitale Tools. * Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, ein Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich IT ODER im Projektmanagement. * Erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position (z. B. 1st Level Support) ist von Vorteil. * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. * Sicherer Umgang mit Windows und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365.
