Job DescriptionÜber die Rolle:Als Abfüller*in sind Sie Teil eines Teams das die termingerechte Produktion von pharmazeutischen Produkten im GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Umfeld sichert. Sie verantworten die Abfüllung, überwachen die Produktionsanlagen sowie deren gepflegten Zustand und wahren das Höchstmaß an Arbeitssicherheit (EHS). Sie arbeiten in verschiedenen Reinraumklassen, entnehmen Proben, leiten sie an unser internes Qualitätslabor weiter und dokumentieren die Arbeitsschritte.
Erfahrene Kolleg*innen unterstützen Sie während der ca. 1-monatigen Einschulungsphase, anschließend wechseln Sie in das Nachschicht Team, mit fixen Arbeitszeiten: SO-DO von 21:55 bis 06:40 Uhr: Die Arbeitswoche startet am Sonntag um 21:55 Uhr und Endet Freitag um 6:40 Uhr.
Die Position ist im ersten Schritt bis März 2026 befristet, eine Verlängerung ist möglich.

Das bewirken Sie:Abfüllung von pharmazeutischen Produkten
Bestückung und Bedienung von automatisierten Produktionsanalagen in verschiedenen Reinraumklassen
Etikettierung und Kennzeichnung von Endbehältern und Transportgebinden
Ein- und Ausschleusen von Material, Equipment, Hilfsmitteln und Reinraumwäsche
Abwicklung produktspezifischer Probenzüge
GMP gerechte Dokumentation
Bereitschaft zur Nachtarbeit: So-Do 21:55 bis 6:40 Uhr (Fixschicht)
Idealerweise Ausbildung in einem chemisch-technischen Beruf (z.B. PKA, HBLVA, HTL)
Erfahrung in der (pharmazeutischen) Produktion und im Reinraum sind willkommen
Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein
Hohe Lernbereitschaft und sehr genaue Arbeitsweise
Absolute Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an Teamarbeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Dokumentation)
Gute PC Kenntnisse
Für diese wichtige und verantwortungsvolle Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 2.700,94 brutto/Monat exklusive Zulagen (Vollzeit, KV chem. Industrie). Das tatsächliche Gehaltspaket richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
