Jet Aviation as an international company offers numerous possibilities for development and opens reams of professional perspectives.In order to reinforce the PMO Team in Vienna we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager Aircraft Maintenance Overall job purpose is the responsibility of the work coordination between Jet Aviation and customers. Description / Tasks * Take care of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance customer relation. Coordinate all AOG's events * Prepare, check or coordinate all maintenance projects: * Prepare or coordinate all projects preparation (including procedures to be printed and parts to be provided). * Evaluate risks in advance and take actions accordingly toward customer. * Handover the aircraft with customer at the entry * Provide accurate and regular technical / financial updates to customers: * Give regular technical updates items per items * Quote maintenance the most accurately possible. Determine who has to pay items per items * Take care of downpayments requests to customer and follow payments * Identify project's risks and implement mitigation measures (risk assessment). * Check work reports and CRS * Do projects clean up after maintenance for unused parts. * Coordinates customer Visit and Hospitality activities on site for the assigned projects * Support production supervisors and leaders during the maintenance event: * Contact OEM's for engineering requests and technical support * Print computerized maintenance system cards. * Technical support * As required coordination with subcontractors. * Review and revise the maintenance schedule as required * Support billing department for invoice / warranty claim * Take care of customer disputes. Qualification / experience: * Several years' experience in technical administration * Willingness to adapt and react to quickly changing operational environment * Strong technical knowledge in aviation (knowledge of Gulfstream, Bombardier is an advantage) * Capacity to adapt to a challenging and fast-moving environment, with changing priorities and a heavy workload. * At least 3 year experience in a similar position. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to set priorities / taking initiatives when needed. * Excellent team spirit with ability to work independently. * Computer literate (MS Office, SAP, CMP, CAMP an advantage). * Fluent in English-3 is a must (German is an asset). * Driving License * Clean Criminal record for security clearance * EU citizenship or valid EU work permit Educational Requirement * Minimum college grade is required Personal Skills * Personal drive and self-motivation. * Highly flexible. * Ability to work in a team. * Ability to work and stay calm under pressure. * Computer skills on MS Office. * Good organizational and communication skills We remunerate your performance with a yearly gross salary of EUR 45.000. Willingness for overpayment in accordance with your previous work experience and qualifications.
