In your role you work witha variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary team of highlymotivated and experienced colleagues. You increase the customer'svalue by driving activities such as: - Developing referencearchitecture and transformation plans promoting SAP best practices- Provide architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology andClean Core principles to ensure that every customer benefits fromSAP's standard cloud qualities - Identify innovation use cases thatbenefit our customers strategic and operational objectives -Advising customer management on architecture and transformationactivities - Identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks -Aligning customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategyaccelerating BTP adoption Profil YOUR PROFILE We are looking fordynamic and advisory minded colleagues from a multi-nationalenvironment who can effectively drive standards, organizationalchange and innovation. What you will bring: - 5-10 yrs. ofpractical experience from a multi-national environment advisingmanagement and work as enterprise architect and/or transformationadvisor - Proven experience delivering enterprise businesstransformation, aligning stakeholder priorities with systemarchitectures and roadmaps - Experience delivering at least onefull end-to-end SAP implementation in a responsible role fromprocess design to after GoLive, ideally incl. support andoptimization - S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANAapplication/functional knowledge/experience - Professional trainingand certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Frameworkfeatured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-EnterpriseArchitect P_SAPEA_2023 , TOGAF) as a plus - Solid knowledge ofSAP's strategy, the latest product portfolio and their impact onbusiness - Solid understanding of project management methodologiesand tools - Bachelor or Master's degree in Informatics, BusinessAdministration or any comparable education - Strong customer focusand ability to build and maintain customer relationships - Strongcommunication skills also regarding senior management and C-levels,both within an IT team and across business functions - Mindset forstrategic thinking, continuous learning and business cumen -Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to a new environment,where you can grow fast - Excellent English and German languageskills Wir bieten At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best.
