Whether connectingglobal industries, people, or platforms, we help ensure everychallenge gets the solution it deserves Aufgaben As an EnterpriseArchitect - RISE (f/m/d),you guide customers digitaltransformations using cutting-edge SAP technologies, advancing theRISE with SAP initiative, promoting Clean Core principles, andaccelerating SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) adoption. Youwill utilize internal and external available customer specificinformation to develop a comprehensive reference EnterpriseArchitecture – RISE Model for our customers aligning with theirbusiness objectives. In your role you work with a variety ofexperts in a multi-disciplinary team of highly motivated andexperienced colleagues. You increase the customer's value bydriving activities such as: - Developing reference architecture andtransformation plans promoting SAP best practices - Providearchitecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and CleanCore principles to ensure that every customer benefits from SAP'sstandard cloud qualities - Identify innovation use cases thatbenefit our customers strategic and operational objectives -Advising customer management on architecture and transformationactivities - Identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks -Aligning customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategyaccelerating BTP adoption Profil YOUR PROFILE We are looking fordynamic and advisory minded colleagues from a multi-nationalenvironment who can effectively drive standards, organizationalchange and innovation. What you will bring: - 5-10 yrs. ofpractical experience from a multi-national environment advisingmanagement and work as enterprise architect and/or transformationadvisor - Proven experience delivering enterprise businesstransformation, aligning stakeholder priorities with systemarchitectures and roadmaps - Experience delivering at least onefull end-to-end SAP implementation in a responsible role fromprocess design to after GoLive, ideally incl. support andoptimization - S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANAapplication/functional knowledge/experience - Professional trainingand certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Frameworkfeatured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-EnterpriseArchitect [P_SAPEA_2023], TOGAF) as a plus - Solid knowledge ofSAP's strategy, the latest product portfolio and their impact onbusiness - Solid understanding of project management methodologiesand tools - Bachelor or Master's degree in Informatics, BusinessAdministration or any comparable education - Strong customer focusand ability to build and maintain customer relationships - Strongcommunication skills also regarding senior management and C-levels,both within an IT team and across business functions - Mindset forstrategic thinking, continuous learning and business cumen -Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to a new environment,where you can grow fast - Excellent English and German languageskills Wir bieten We offer a highly collaborative, caring teamenvironment with a strong focus on learning and development,recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety ofbenefit options for you to choosefrom.
