You will utilize internal and externalavailable customer specific information to develop a comprehensivereference Enterprise Architecture - RISE Model for our customersaligning with their business objectives. In your role you work witha variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary team of highlymotivated and experienced colleagues. You increase the customer'svalue by driving activities such as: - Developing referencearchitecture and transformation plans promoting SAP best practices- Provide architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology andClean Core principles to ensure that every customer benefits fromSAP's standard cloud qualities - Identify innovation use cases thatbenefit our customers strategic and operational objectives -Advising customer management on architecture and transformationactivities - Identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks -Aligning customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategyaccelerating BTP adoption Profil YOUR PROFILE We are looking fordynamic and advisory minded colleagues from a multi-nationalenvironment who can effectively drive standards, organizationalchange and innovation. What you will bring: - 3-5 yrs. of practicalexperience from a multi-national environment advising managementand work as enterprise architect and/or transformation advisor -Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformation,aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures androadmaps - Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end SAPimplementation in a responsible role from process design to afterGoLive, ideally incl. support and optimization - S/4HANA technicaland/or SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge/experience -Professional training and certification (e.g., SAP EnterpriseArchitecture Framework featured by LeanIX EAM, SAP CertifiedProfessional-Enterprise Architect P_SAPEA_2023 , TOGAF) as a plus -Good knowledge of SAP's strategy, the latest product portfolio andtheir impact on business - Good understanding of project managementmethodologies and tools - Bachelor or Master's degree inInformatics, Business Administration orany comparable education -Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain customerrelationships - Strong communication skills - Mindset for strategicthinking, continuous learning and business acumen - Flexibility andability to quickly adapt to a new environment, where you can growfast - Excellent English and German language skills Wir bieten AtSAP, we enable you to bring out your best.
