You will utilize internal and externalavailable customer specific information to develop a comprehensivereference Enterprise Architecture – RISE Model for our customersaligning with their business objectives. In your role you work witha variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary team of highlymotivated and experienced colleagues. You increase the customer'svalue by driving activities such as: - Developing referencearchitecture and transformation plans promoting SAP best practices- Provide architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology andClean Core principles to ensure that every customer benefits fromSAP's standard cloud qualities - Identify innovation use cases thatbenefit our customers strategic and operational objectives -Advising customer management on architecture and transformationactivities - Identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks -Aligning customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategyaccelerating BTP adoption Profil YOUR PROFILE What you will bring:- 5-10 yrs. of practical experience from a multi-nationalenvironment advising management and work as enterprise architectand/or transformation advisor - Proven experience deliveringenterprise business transformation, aligning stakeholder prioritieswith system architectures and roadmaps - Experience delivering atleast one full end-to-end SAP implementation in a responsible rolefrom process design to after GoLive, ideally incl. support andoptimization - S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANAapplication/functional knowledge/experience - Professional trainingand certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Frameworkfeatured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-EnterpriseArchitect [P_SAPEA_2023], TOGAF) as a plus - Solid knowledge ofSAP's strategy, the latest product portfolio and their impact onbusiness - Solid understanding of project management methodologiesand tools - Bachelor or Master's degree in Informatics, BusinessAdministration or any comparable education - Strong customer focusand ability to build and maintain customer relationships - Strongcommunication skills also regarding senior management and C-levels,both within an IT team and across business functions - Mindset forstrategic thinking, continuous learning and business cumen -Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to a new environment,where you can grow fast - Excellent English and German languageskills If the words "innovation", "agility", and "personalresponsibility" in a multi-disciplinary and internationalenvironment appeal to you, then BT&A is the right place foryou Wir bieten The salary, exceeding the collective agreement,starts at a gross amount of €65.000 (excluding bonus) and variesaccording to individual qualifications and work experience.
