Since our company continues to grow, we are now hiring for our team: Join us as a Group Senior Process and Technology Expert (m/f/d), where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing production processes and technologies across our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Group Director of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) production, you will ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and quality. Your new challenges which will inspire you: * Process Troubleshooting: Provide expert support for routine bulk production and address major process deviations to maintain product quality * Product Lifecycle Management: Develop and review user requirements for manufacturing processes and equipment, and support overall lifecycle management strategies * Technology Transfer (TT): Lead technology transfer projects, coordinate the transfer process according to SOPs, and oversee TT plans, reports, and comparability studies * Production Efficiency: Monitor technological advancements, define and track KPIs for production performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and yield improvement * Standardization: Lead projects to standardize processes and equipment across sites, and contribute to corporate standardization documents * Cross Functional Collaboration: Develop synergy between sites and host project or technology transfer sessions * Strategic Input: Conduct benchmarking across plants, act as a counterpart for TT projects, represent bulk production in supplier discussions, and contribute to equipment decisions Your profile that will convince us: * Successfully completed a university degree in biotechnology, chemical engineering or a related field * Several years of practical professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or process experience in pharmaceutical production * Expertise in Six Sigma/Lean methods * Proactive, assertive, communicative and decisive personality characterized by team spirit with entrepreneurial thinking as well as data-analytical mindset * Fluent English skills in both written and spoken form (every additional language is a bonus) * Willingness to travel (particularly for onboarding and production sites visits) Our attractive benefits for you: * Wide range of tasks in an international setting, flexibility and personal responsibility * Reliable employer with generous employee benefits and a salary customary in the market. * Familiar setting of a family-owned enterprise with benefits such as Do & Co staff restaurant, extraordinary staff events and many more: Additional information: The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 4.157,14.
