Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Mitwirkung und Kontrolle der Buchhaltung, um die finanzielle Integrität des Unternehmens sicherzustellen.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Erstellung verschiedener Reportings, darunter Management Reporting, Cashflow-Analysen und Produktivitätsberichte, um fundierte Entscheidungen auf Basis finanzieller Daten zu ermöglichen.
  • Sie wirken aktiv an der Fakturierung mit und unterstützen bei der Erstellung interner Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuerberaterung.
  • Neben dem Controlling werden Sie auch predictive accounting in eingeschränktem Umfang einsetzen, um zukünftige Finanztrends und -entwicklungen vorherzusagen.
  • Als Sparring-Partner des Geschäftsführers werden Sie bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung betriebswirtschaftlicher Strategien eng zusammenarbeiten und die Service Lines bei Preisgestaltung und anderen betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen unterstützen.

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Um aktiv die finanziellen Prozesse des Unternehmens zu lenken und zu überwachen, sind fundierte Kenntnisse in UGB Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung unerlässlich.
  • Ihr solides Verständnis für Kostenrechnung hilft ihnen dabei, die Kostenstruktur des Unternehmens zu verstehen und zu analysieren.
  • Ihre Begeisterung für Zahlen und die Leidenschaft für Datenanalyse sind entscheidend, um komplexe finanzielle Informationen zu verstehen und für strategische Entscheidungen zu nutzen.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise aus und können so die Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der finanziellen Berichterstattung sicherstellen.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, runden Ihr Profil ab.
