We are looking for somebody to join us on this exciting journey to lead our efforts around implementing and improving systems that help our Go To Market and Finance teams go faster.

The Sales & Finance Systems Manager will ensure we equip the team with state-of-the art tools and systems.

Your mission
  • Define systems roadmap - this includes CRM, Accounting ERP, and supporting systems such as account and contact data enrichment, CPQ, revenue intelligence, expense management, payroll tooling etc.
  • Implement the defined roadmap, directing consultants, internal IT and subject matter experts within the business.
  • Continuously improve existing systems by resolving issues, implementing new features.
  • Operate systems in collaboration with the business, manage licences, trainings, access controls.
Your profile Must haves
  • Bachelor degree in business or technical studies.
  • 7+ years of role-specific work experience working in the systems space, ideally in the areas of sales/finance.
  • Proven track record in implementing systems “from scratch” as well as migrating between systems.
  • Experience with CRM and Accounting ERP software as well as typical supporting tools.
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
Bonus points for
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS Software company.
  • Experience working with finance, sales and other Go To Market teams (e.g. business development, partner, customer success, marketing).
