DEINE AUFGABEN:

Du verantwortest Fachbereiche der Channel & Customer Marketing Strategie Fokusmarken, Kanäle, Customer) für die Gastronomie und den Handel, um unsere Marken zu bauen und Reichweite für unser Aperitif Portfolio zu erzielen Du entwickelst, implementierst und überwachst innovative Marketingmaßnahmen für diese Aperol, Campari) und unterstützt bei Produkt(re)launches Du übernimmst die Analyse relevanter Business Parameter sowie das Monitoring von Wettbewerbsaktivitäten Du entwickelst und erstellst Briefings, Verkaufsargumentationen und Reportings Du verwaltest und verantwortest Projektbudget Du bist verantwortlich für die Kommunikation und Koordination von externen Partnern, Kunden, Dienstleistern und internen Schnittstellen

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast dein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation oder Sales abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Du bringst mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im (Trade) Marketing eines Markenartikelunternehmens in der FMCG-Branche, der Gastronomie oder des Einzel- oder Fachhandels mit Du begeisterst dich für die italienische Trinkkultur, Lifestyle-Marken und Innovationen und hast eine Affinität zur Gastronomie Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit sehr ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit, Hands-On Mentalität und ausgeprägtem Sales-Mindset Dich zeichnen Kreativität, starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Überzeugungsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick gepaart mit Diplomatie und Teamgeist aus Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, gepaart mit logischem Denkvermögen Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse Du bist reisebereit (ca. 1-2 Tage/Monat)
