Als Head of Group Accounting & Finance Transformation übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung der globalen Finanzprozesse und der digitalen Transformation des Unternehmens. Mit direkter Berichtslinie an den CFO gestalten Sie maßgeblich die Finanzstrategie mit und treiben die Optimierung konzernweiter Strukturen voran.

Aufgabengebiet

  1. Verantwortung für die globale Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Accounting- und Finanzprozesse
  2. Steuerung der ERP-Implementierung (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision) für effiziente Finanzabläufe
  3. Harmonisierung der Rechnungslegungs- und Reporting-Prozesse über internationale Standorte
  4. Strategische Zusammenarbeit mit CFO und Stakeholdern zur Umsetzung von Finanztransformationen
  5. Verantwortung für konzernweite Abschlüsse (Monat, Quartal, Jahr) nach IFRS/GAAP und Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern
  6. Identifikation und Umsetzung von Effizienzsteigerungen und Kostensenkungen
  7. Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Accounting, Controlling, IT und externen Partnern bei Digitalisierungsthemen
  8. Begleitung von M&A-Transaktionen und Integration neuer Unternehmen in die Konzernstrukturen

Anforderungsprofil

  1. Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  2. Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in einer führenden Accounting- oder Finance-Funktion, idealerweise mit Big 4-Hintergrund oder im internationalen Konzernumfeld
  3. Umfassende Expertise in der ERP-Implementierung (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision) sowie in Finance-Transformationsprojekten
  4. Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Optimierung und Skalierung von Finanzprozessen über mehrere Standorte hinweg
  5. Starke analytische und strategische Denkweise, kombiniert mit einem unternehmerischen Mindset
  6. Souveränes Auftreten und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Management und internationalen Stakeholdern
  7. Internationale Erfahrung und Reisebereitschaft

Vergütungspaket

  1. Für diese Position wird ein Bruttojahresgehalt von mindestens € 110.000,- geboten. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
