Responsibilities

The Head of Financial Operations will be responsible for leading our financial operations team and driving business growth through strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Leading the FP&A team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborating with senior management to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop revenue-enhancing strategies.
  • Oversight of accounting operations and financial systems to ensure efficient financial systems management.
  • Supervision of financial reporting and consolidation, including acquisition processes, international regulations, and compliance efforts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in Finance, preferably in a VP of finance/Head of Finance/CFO role, with a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). An additional MSc/MBA is advantageous.
