Job Responsibilities- The successful candidate will report directly to the Cluster Director of Finance, providing critical support and guidance to the team.
- With a strong focus on creating reports, statistics, and analyses, this individual will be responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements that provide valuable insights into our company's performance.
- Effective coordination of the budget and forecasting process is essential in ensuring the long-term sustainability of our business.
- This role requires close collaboration with vendors and accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- A keen eye for detail and risk management skills are necessary to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Closing cooperation with the Financial Shared Services Center is crucial in streamlining our financial processes and improving efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide their team effectively.
- A deep understanding of economics and entrepreneurial thinking is required, along with experience in controlling and accounting, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Talented leaders who can inspire and motivate their team are highly sought after, with extensive knowledge of MS Office and Opera PMS being a significant advantage.
- Possessing perfect German and English skills, with any other foreign language being an added benefit.
