Für unsere Division Pumpen am Standort Graz sind wir auf der Suche nach einem/einer motivierten Projekt Ingenieur Inbetriebnahme für Großpumpen (m/w/d).

Ihr Hauptaufgabenbereich ist die Auftragsabwicklung und Inbetriebnahme von Service- und Capital Projekten im Großpumpenbereich. Zum erweiterten Arbeitsumfeld zählt die Planung und Auslegung von ölhydraulischen Regelungen und Steuerungen inkl. Sensorik sowie das Prozess-Engineering von Großpumpen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Vorbereitung, Abwicklung und Leitung von nationalen und internationalen Inbetriebnahmen im Großpumpenbereich
  • Mitarbeit in Auftragsabwicklungsteams bei Großprojekten mit zugeordneter Verantwortlichkeit im Bereich der Pumpen Prozesstechnik
  • Ansprechperson gegenüber Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Erkennen und zielorientierte Konzepterstellung ölhydraulischer Regelungen und Steuerungen für komplexe Projektanforderungen
  • Definition der Aufgaben, der Funktionen und Rollen im Projekt
  • Teilnahme und Mithilfe bei der Endphase der Vertragsverhandlungen und aktive Führung des Projekts in der Projektstartphase
  • Anfrageerstellung für komplexe Hydrauliksysteme inkl. technischer Beurteilung und Aufbereitung der Unterlagen zur vergabefertigen Freigabe für die Beschaffung
  • Führen und Definieren von interdisziplinären und fachübergreifenden Arbeitsschritten im Bereich mechanischer, elektronischer Prozesse
  • Führen und Pflegen des Projekthandbuches / Projektverlaufs, Dokumentenmanagement
  • Projekt Controlling und Reporting
  • Erkennen und Umsetzen des Claim-, Risk Managements und Krisen Managements
  • Administration der Baustelle in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Site Manager
  • Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen und Garantieläufen bei Großpumpenprojekten bis zur vorläufigen Betriebsbereitschaft
  • Fehlersuche, Problemanalyse und Fehlerbehebung bei Anlagenstörungen
  • Sicherstellen der Nachhaltigkeit bei der Optimierung und Verbesserung des Projekts

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung (HTL / FH / TU) Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder ähnlichem
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anlagenbau vorzugsweise im Pumpenbereich sowie in der Prozesstechnik von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse von Regelungen und Steuerungen sowie praxisnahe Weiterbildungen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement (Terminplanung, Ressourcenplanung, Kostenverfolgung)
  • Projektzielorientiertes-, teamorientiertes- und prozessorientiertes Verhalten
  • Kommunikation schriftlich/mündlich in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sehr hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • COMOS Planungstool in der Prozessindustrie
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto € 4.269,07 / Monat anzuführen. Wir bieten jedoch auf jeden Fall eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
