As a Marketing Associate, you will collaborate with the Head of Marketing to enhance TheVentury's digital and event presence. Your responsibilities include executing marketing strategies, creating content, managing social media, coordinating events, and maintaining the CRM, all while ensuring consistent brand identity and reporting on performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Take on responsibility in promoting and positioning TheVentury digitally and at events.
  • Execute our marketing strategy and create engaging content for various channels (social media, our website, and events).
  • Shape our external communications by understanding our work and working closely with our entire team.
  • Help implement and maintain our brand identity internally and externally.
  • Execute print and design materials (fluency in Adobe Suite & Canva is required).
  • Manage and monitor our social media channels, optimize digital campaigns, coordinate client-facing events, and maintain our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Report on our monthly performance using KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills both in German and English.
  • 1.5+ years of experience in a marketing or communication role.
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Meta Business Manager.
  • Competent in the use of WordPress, Adobe Suite, Canva, Affinity Designer, Illustrator, InDesign, and ChatGPT.
  • Skilful in designing impactful presentations and marketing assets.

You should be versatile, proactive, self-organized, and eager to continuously develop yourself. The ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and embrace opportunities in the marketing landscape is crucial. A keen interest in innovation and future technologies is a must.

Considering the collective agreement, the gross salary can be € 32.200 per year (14 salaries) for a full-time position. The actual salary can be higher depending on experience and qualification.

For this position specifically, we are looking for a part-time (20h/week) Venturer who will join us as soon as possible.
