About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director to join our team at one of our properties. As a Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sales and marketing initiatives, developing and implementing strategic plans to increase market share, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Job Description:

  • Sales Leadership: Directly manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the hospitality industry, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including hoteliers, meeting planners, and travel agents.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our properties and drive bookings.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar sized operation.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
