At ServiceNow, we're transforming the way organizations work. As a Senior Sales Director in our Federal Sector team, you'll play a key role in driving new business sales growth and building a high-performing team.

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader with a track record of success in leveraging AI to drive business outcomes. You'll develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed quotas, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing a team of direct CRM Solutions Sales Executives
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business sales growth
  • Actively engaging with customers and partners to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring team members to drive excellence
  • Managing accurate forecasts and pipelines

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving new business sales growth
  • Strong strategic thinking, including analytical and financial planning skills
  • Ability to understand and leverage AI to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and developing talent
