Aufgaben

Spannende Hauptaufgaben:

  • Innovationsmanagement, Produktentwicklung und -weiterentwicklung
  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Versuchsreihen inkl. Bewertung/ Dokumentation
  • Technologie-Screening (Wettbewerb- und Marktanalysen)
  • Prototypenbau
  • Koordination der Aktivitäten und Anforderungen zwischen Produktion, Vertrieb, Projekteinkauf, Lieferanten, Kunden und Dienstleistern
Qualifikation

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem verarbeitenden Betrieb in der Halbleiter- oder Glasindustrie
  • Exzellentes Wissen über die zu fertigen Produkte bzw. der verwendeten Materialien (Silizium, Quarz, Keramik)
  • Fundiertes Wissen über Funktion, Aufbau und Anwendung der Produkte
  • Projektmanagement
  • EDV-Kenntnisse (z.B. ERP-Systeme, Office-Produkte, CAD)
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigenes Fahrzeug erforderlich
