Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Landscape Gardener to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of landscape projects for our commercial clients. You will work closely with our Account manager, and other team members to deliver high-quality, innovative landscaping solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute landscape designs for commercial properties, including office complexes, shopping centers, parks, and public spaces.

  • Install and maintain a variety of plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers.

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control.

  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.

  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, following safety protocols and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on plant selection, garden design, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Landscape Gardener, preferably with a focus on commercial projects.

  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscaping techniques.

  • Proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in horticulture, landscape design, or a related field.

  • Experience with sustainable landscaping practices and water-efficient irrigation systems.

  • Knowledge of local climate, soil, and plant types.
