The Role

Dive into a role that’s more than just a job. As Levande’s Residential Wellbeing Project Manager, you’ll step into a role where you can truly make a difference every day. The primary focus is to lead the transition of existing village wellbeing resources to the new Levande Life model. Operational success will be achieved through outstanding staff leadership and an individual alignment to Levande’s Values.
Your Impact:
- Develop the Levande Resident Activities and Community Engagement Framework (ways of working) for villages and resident committee’s
- Establish partnerships as part of the Levande Life proposition
- Develop road map to move from current to future state including a detailed project plan. Include a risk assessment. · Develop and introduce pilot metrics (related to Home Care partnership, Customer Experience, sales and commercial indicators)
- Lead the Residential Aged Care (RAC) partnerships initiative – establish and implement RAC principles between villages and identified partners

We're Looking For :
- Operational services background at a management level e.g. (health care, hotels, retail, real estate)
- Customer service environment - A deep commitment to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
- Understanding of and experience in having worked in a geographically dispersed business
- Project Management in respect to evidence of leading / driving initiatives or change
- Leadership – need to have ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate change
- Ability to be hands on and strategic (planner and doer)
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities effectively and manage expectations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, guiding and supporting the team towards success.
- Previous experience in retirement living is advantageous, but not mandatory, as we value diverse perspectives.
- Track record in budget management and a passion for continuous improvement.
