HR Partners is thrilled to partner with a leading infrastructure business in search of a passionate HR professional. We are looking for someone eager to collaborate on leadership projects, interpret policies, and enhance the company's people and culture initiatives. As our client experiences rapid growth, we seek a dynamic, organised, and efficient leader to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People & Culture: Collaborate with leadership on HR issues.
  • Strategic Projects: Contribute to key initiatives, such as new HR systems.
  • Payroll: Process payroll and reporting.
  • Policy & Benefits: Advise on remuneration and benefits policies.
  • Problem-Solving: Address team performance and organisation design challenges.
  • HR Processes: Implement new HR processes, including reporting and SASH support.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Lead health and safety programs.
  • Talent Review: Support annual talent reviews and workforce planning.

Requirements for This Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (HR certifications are a plus)
  • Strong HR background, preferably 3-4 years in a predominantly blue-collar work environment
  • Must have experience processing payroll previously
  • Hardworking attitude, eagerness to learn, and a drive to lead and implement positive change
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of EBA and employment laws
