The Retail Business Leader (our name for Store Manager) at ourGunghalinstore is responsible for translating national strategy within the local store environment to deliver on business objectives. As a commercially astute and forward-thinking innovator, your remit is to drive growth through a clear business plan that includes identifying new opportunities to grow sales, optimise costs and increase our store footprint among the local community. With plenty of autonomy to run a store like your own business, you'll inspire a high performing team culture that delivers a fantastic customer experience.

You're passionate about delivering a Fantastic customer experience You have had exposure to using financial data to deliver targets and support operational success.
