The opportunity

Progressive residential construction company looking for a skilled Site supervisor who can work in a high responsibility role delivering detailed construction projects with the support of the project manager.

We are seeking a team player who wants to pursue a long-term role with a highly collaborative team delivering bespoke architectural projects with a focus on absolute quality and client service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Quality check all work
  • Client appointments and inspections
  • Be hands on managing all phases of the projects
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Schedule and coordinate trades on multiple job sites
  • Maintain high level of paperwork, invoices, job programs
  • Site inspections to assess progress and follow up on sub-contractors
  • Interpret building plans, engineer reports, specifications and codes of practice
  • Maintain safety compliance on site
  • Work within and maintain the construction management system
  • Working with Procore

Skills & Experience

  • Trade background or Licenced Builder (highly desirable) or tertiary qualified
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Foreman role across construction + fitout & refurb projects
  • Technically minded with great understanding of the building process from ground to completion and interiors
  • Great with clients and resolving issues
  • Keen eye for detail and passionate to deliver a top-quality finish
  • Ability to support and manage subcontractors keeping a positive relationship
  • Demonstrate a high level of OH&S and QA knowledge
