Another experienced Civil Site Supervisor is required, who brings:

  • Ability to interpret designs for construction projects.
  • Experience in scheduling works, cost forecasting, procurement, and ITPs.
  • Team-oriented mindset, focused on successful project outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills for team leadership, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.


Essential Qualifications & Experience includes:
  • 5+ years of experience in the local civil industry.
  • Proficiency in roads, drainage works, concrete, and streetscape projects.
    • Experience supervising delivery of other Civil works is definitely advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and white card.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work throughout the Sydney Metro Area.

Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related Engineering fields are not essential, but highly regarded.
