Thiess has an exciting opportunity for a Reliability Maintenance Specialist at Curragh North.

As our next Maintenance Specialist, working a 7/7-day shift only roster, responsibilities will include –

• Taking the lead in enhancing reliability within the maintenance team by assessing the performance of all operational assets and executing asset improvement initiatives.
• Enhance asset availability through component condition monitoring and trending, defect reporting, root cause analysis, fleet management system data and regular asset inspections.
• Take initiative and implement site specific maintenance projects, provide technical support to site operations, and the review of relevant systems and procedures for conformance.
• Manage new to site equipment and collaborate with sub-contractors during mobilisation, validating machine compliance and ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Assist in the participation of management of change and risk assessments for maintenance activities on site.
• Be highly motivated and committed to deliver quality results.
