Due to new project wins the C&W PDS business is looking to appoint an additional Project Coordinator to support the team.

About the role


Responsible for assisting either a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in thecoordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs across the client's sites. The PC role will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects as directed by the Project Manager and assist project team with administrative duties.
  • Day to day engagement with and response to management and client requests.
  • Other reasonable tasks as requested by management.

About You:

  • Bachelors degree with a major in architecture, engineering, building construction or other related technical area is preferred

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Able to cope with varied job demands and changing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy and organizational skills

  • High Standard of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite), SharePoint, Power BI, Procore
