The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is theprincipal revenue collection agency of the Australian Government. Its role is to effectively manage and shape the tax and superannuation systems that support and fund services for Australians. It is responsible for endorsing charities for Commonwealth tax concessions.

About the role

About the roleAs a senior Prosecutions Officer, you’ll prosecute and provide technical support within a small operational team operating within a broader ATO compliance environment.

You’ll make decisions in relation to your prosecution case work and deliver outcomes in accordance with the national prosecution plan.These roles may require overnight travel and a current Australian driver’s licence is essential.
