Job Description

Your Role: Championing Customer Support

As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in our service and spare parts division. Your primary responsibility will be to provide seamless service to existing customers and administrative support to the Territory Service Manager and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer communications: Proactively processing and providing updates to customers on the progression of their jobs, parts orders, quotes and rescheduled jobs.
  • Quote generation: Generating quotes for service work and spare parts.
  • Internal documentation processing: Process job sheets, expense forms, raising orders and the like.
  • Customer service assistance: Answer and action incoming calls, monitor and action shared email inbox, and adhoc cover for Customer Service teams.
  • Part interpretation: Work closely with the technical teams to ensure seamless parts delivery to customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Experience

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Proven experience in administrative support roles, particularly within technical or industrial sectors.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills, prioritising tasks, with a strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrated success in using Microsoft office suite, internal databases or financial software.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement and holistic problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of automated machinery and spare parts is highly desirable.
  • Education: Experience in administration, customer service, or related fields.
