Client Services Administrator

- Permanent position, working 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Our client is looking for a friendly and dynamic Client Services Administrator to complement their friendly team and help them to manage the firm’s corporate secretarial services, administration and help the accountants to continue to deliver a holistic support and advice to their clients. This is an opportunity to work for an organisation with excellent culture and in gorgeous modern offices. Our client is situated in Sydney CBD, overlooking Darling Harbour.
About the role:
- ASIC compliance
- Providing company secretarial services for clients as required.
- Assisting the team with mid-month and end-of-month billing and reporting.
- Responding to all client enquiries on behalf of the directors.
- Liaise with ATO on lodgments, administration and reporting.
- Review and coordinate compliance documents for client matters.
- Collating documents, reports and third-party searches as necessary.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- General receptionist duties (1hr per week)
Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and professional candidate with corporate presentation
- Candidate must demonstrate strong, practical experience in an office environment, dealing directly with professionals and their clients
- Strong computer skills are a pre-requisite
- Advanced Experience using Microsoft Office
- Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable)
- Experience with NowInfinity (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Strong time management skill
- Previous experience in an accounting environment across ATO and ASIC platforms
- Able to work proactively, autonomously and with others as part of a team
