We are looking for an experienced customer service individual to join our Client Service team based in Pemulwuy.
07th May, 2024We are looking for a Client Service Executive - Samsung to join our dynamic and friendly team to build robust client relationships and look at innovative ways to add value to our client's business.
About the Role:
This role entails a high level of client communication (written and verbal), maintaining and growing client relationships, managing internal stakeholders to meet clients' needs, and to set KPI's in a fast-paced environment. You will be assisting the Client Service Manager on day-to-day client requests with a focus on high levels of client satisfaction, you will manage returns and orders, assist with monthly invoicing all whilst living and breathing our IMPACT values. Exciting this role is working with one of our largest clients - Samsung.

Relationship Management
- Assist the Client Service manager in relevant tasks to delight the world's best brands.
- Proactively address client briefs, needs and requirements.
- Anticipate "gaps" in briefs
- Clear, effective and timely communication with our Clients (written and verbal).
Business Administration:
- High attention to detail to ensure clean information for all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify areas of business improvement to improve efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Effectively communicate and document minutes, actions, SOPs, best practice approaches for excellent execution.
Financial Comprehension:
- Assist in the creation of client quotations for approval by the Client Service Manager.
- Understand how to monitor margin for internal and external costs to ensure profitability.
- Be able to prepare full reconciliations as required with strong attention to detail.
Project Coordination:
- Manage internal and external expectations via delivery of KPIs and process documents.
- Ensure relevant client standards and processes are adhered to and monitor.
- Conduct regular huddles to ensure IMPACT is living and breathing in our organization.
About You:
- Minimum of 12 months in a similar client service role (ideally working within a 3PL or a warehousing environment with a reverse logistics focus)
- Strong attention to detail and administrations skills
- Solid experience using the Microsoft Suite (Excel is desirable)
- A passion for delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
- You must be a team player who is happy to multitask.
- A high level of motivation, work ethic and strong personal accountability
- Outstanding interpersonal / communication skills and strong presentation skills
- A passion for logistics and fulfilment are essential.
