The opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Property Analyst to join theKordaMentha Real Estate team. As a member of the team, youwill:
- Be working in a team of Real Estate professionals acrossAustralia with diverse backgrounds in development andconstruction, valuation, sales and marketing, property law,contract administration and investment banking.
- Manage a variety of projects across all real estate sectorsand be exposed to a diverse client base including majorfinancial institutions, private, public and governmentorganisations.
- Undertake a variety of roles and responsibilities includingproperty and feasibility analysis, due diligence, reportpreparation, market research, project and developmentmanagement.
- Work alongside our restructuring, forensic and capitalteams on a broad range of real estate engagements.
- Assist in new investment and development opportunities thefirm is completing.
- Work in a supportive team environment, one where we placehigh importance on the development of skills and knowledge, viaon-the-job learning and formal training.
- Be a key member involved in marketing and businessdevelopments events and activities.
- Be part of the wider KordaMentha group, which has an activesocial culture including team sports, involvement in variouscharities and social functions.
About you
A suitable candidate for this position will have thefollowing:
- One to three years' experience in the property industrypreferably from an agency, valuation, development,construction, investment or advisory background.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communicationskills.
- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications andcertifications.
- A team player with strong qualities displaying ethics anddiscretion.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn from other professionalsin the team, and to provide continual learning and coachingopportunities for team members.
- Thrive on a challenge and display excellent communicationand negotiation skills and are motivated by delivering thehighest standards of client service.
