Change Manager Contract or Permanent

Purpose

This role will lead the development and execution of the Change and Training strategies throughout the ERP implementation project to facilitate a smooth transition.

The role will engage with various levels of the business to analyse

change readiness, change impacts, identify risks and develop training plans. The ERP Change and Training Project Lead will also help articulate solutions and recommend best practices to stakeholders. The role will work along with the project team and project manager during design, build and test phases, and will play a key role in guiding the business during end user training in the final solution including go-live readiness and hyper-care support at go-live.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Communications Strategy.
  • Deliver a clear communication approach that evolves to meet changing project requirements.
  • Assess and report on communication and training requirements throughout the project as per the communication management plan.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure users are upskilled and prepared for the new software and processes.

Support Program Governance and Program Management requirements, including inputs to program schedules, risk management, resourcing, and reporting.

Knowledge / Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience with change management for leading large–scale and complex transformational change within technology-centric programs.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading & implementing change management strategies and execution across multi-site, multi-geography and multi-cultural environments globally, regionally and locally.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence and JIRA, enhancing collaboration and project tracking.
  • Demonstrate high level computer skills and knowledge in Office 365 environment including. Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Desirable

Previous experience working on an D365 Finance and Operations implementation.
